More than a single test

Understand today.
Follow what changes.

A measurement archive gives each result context, whether you are managing your workshop or providing follow-up for customers.

01 / Analyse

Explore each measurement

View individual laser interferometer and double ball bar measurements to understand the quality capability of your machine tools.

02 / Compare

Put results in context

Compare separate measurements and follow long-term trends in key figures. Retrieve earlier results when you need a fuller picture.

03 / Share

Keep customers informed

Administrators save, edit and delete measurements and create user accounts. Customers can view and compare their measurement data.

A practical workflow

Measure. Upload.
Build your history.

  1. Make the measurement

Complete the measurement and its analysis using the original software for your measuring device.

  2. Add it to MeasureBase

Upload the measurement file to your archive. Measurements can be collected regardless of who originally performed them.

  3. Review and follow up

View the result, compare it with earlier measurements and give authorised users access to the history.

Deployment & support

Built for web access

The MeasureBase application uses ASP.NET, Microsoft IIS and Microsoft SQL Server. Its database structure is based on the NIST report Information Model for Machine-Tool-Performance Tests.

The original deployment options include installation on your own server or hosting by Qplus, with intranet or internet access depending on server settings. Contact us about current hosting options and browser compatibility.

In-application help explains the procedure on each page. For technical assistance, email support@qplus.fi.
